You can use Ebiz to check the status of a customer’s credit/debit card charge/refund to make sure the charge/refund went through. A good time to need this is when you are charging/refunding a customer’s credit/debit card and Tyler freezes. Before swiping the customer’s credit/debit card again. Log into Ebiz and make sure the first attempt did or didn't charge/refund the customer’s credit/debit card.
